General Information
Tournament age is that age attained by a player prior to May 1 of the current season.
Until a team has paid the World Series fee, they are not considered part of the World Series.
Simply The Best is an "at large" World Series. You do not have to qualify in a local tournament to be a part of our World Series.
Teams that desire to be a part of the Simply The Best World Series bid must contact STB (850 914 2045 or e-mail worldseries@simplythebestbaseball.com) and check for availability as soon as decision is finalized.
Coaches: It is your responsibility to communicate information to the parents and/or other interested parties concerning all information.
Fees: $500.00 entry fee for 9u, 10u, 11u, and 12u. $550.00 entry fee for 13u and 14u.
$200.00 one time admission fee (covers everyone) per team.
Total cost for 9u,10u,11u,and 12u - $700.00.
Total cost for 13u and 14u - $750.00
(Visa, MasterCard, Cashier's Check, Money Order, Company Check, and Cash are accepted)
Please note: $200 of this fee is non-refundable if you are unable to attend. Refunds will not be processed until event is completed.
Also please note: If you are unable to attend, there will be no refunds within 30 days of the World Series dates.
All teams playing in the Simply The Best World Series events must show proof of insurance.

There will be a mandatory Coaches meeting prior to the World Series. (time and location to be determined) a representative from your team must be present.
Rules and scheduling will be discussed.
Prior to the meeting the following information is needed:
- Registration fees are due immediately. No team is scheduled to participate in World Series until approved fee has been received.
- Proof of Insurance - two weeks in advance.
No team or player will participate without proof of insurance - Birth Certificates - A Team Representative must have a copy available on request. Have birth certificates available for review at the Coaches Meeting and every game. If a birth certificate is requested and not available the player in question is ineligible until a valid birth certificate is presented.
